CLUB POINTSCORE
Each year the Alaskan Malamute Club of New South Wales runs a 'Club Point Score.
The Club nominates a series of shows through out the year which members can exhibit their dogs and points are allocated towards the Club Point Score.
Membership of the Alaskan Malamute Club of New South Wales is a requirement for inclusion in the Club Point Score competition, and apart from exhibiting in the regular way you would at a show there are no other requirements.
Points are awarded at shows nominated by the Club as follows -
Best Of Breed - 7 points
Runner Up Best Of Breed - 6 points
Challenge - 5 points
Reserve Challenge - 4 points
plus
Classes (with 3 or more in class)
1st - 3 points
2nd - 2 points
3rd - 1 point
Competition Classes
Top Dog - Classes Intermediate, Australian Bred & Open
Top Bitch - Classes Intermediate, Australian Bred & Open
Points earned in each of the above classes will carry over ie: a breed in intermediate and then a reserve challange in open = 11 points
Rising Stars
Top Puppy Dog - Classes Minor Puppy, Puppy & Junior
Top Puppy Bitch - Classes Minor Puppy, Puppy & Junior
Points earned in each of the above classes will carry over until the end of junior class.
